Job Opening: Senior Social Media Marketing Executive

📍 Location: Thane (Work from Office) | Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Social Media Marketing Executive who can lead community building, UGC-driven content strategy, and social growth across platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sports-related brands, eCommerce, and both B2B & B2C marketing, with hands-on exposure to UGC content creation and management.

Key Responsibilities

Community Building & Engagement

  • Build, manage, and scale active online communities across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), etc.
  • Drive authentic conversations, comments, DMs, and brand advocacy
  • Engage with followers, creators, influencers, athletes, and brand partners

UGC Content Strategy & Execution

  • Plan and execute UGC (User Generated Content) campaigns for sports, eCommerce, B2B & B2C brands
  • Coordinate with creators, customers, and influencers for UGC sourcing
  • Repurpose UGC into high-performing reels, ads, stories, and posts
  • Ensure brand consistency while keeping UGC authentic and relatable

Social Media Strategy & Content

  • Create and manage monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns
  • Oversee reels, carousels, static posts, stories, and short-form videos
  • Support product launches, sports campaigns, community challenges, and collaborations

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track engagement, reach, follower growth, leads, and conversions
  • Analyze UGC performance vs brand content
  • Share weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Guide junior social media executives and interns
  • Work closely with design, video, performance marketing, and sales teams
  • Stay updated with platform trends, UGC formats, and sports/eCommerce trends

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in Social Media Marketing
  • Proven experience in UGC content creation and campaign execution
  • Experience handling sports-related brands, eCommerce, B2B & B2C
  • Strong understanding of community building and creator collaboration
  • Hands-on experience with Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Meta tools
  • Ability to brief creators and extract high-quality UGC
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and creative thinking skills

Good to Have

  • Experience managing sports communities or fan-driven brands
  • Knowledge of paid social + UGC ad creatives
  • Agency or fast-growth brand experience
