About the Role
We’re looking for a creative Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor who loves storytelling through visuals. You’ll work closely with our marketing and creative teams to produce engaging videos, animations, reels, ads, and branded content across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video edits for social media, ads, websites, and campaigns
- Edit short-form content like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, ads, and promos
- Design engaging text animations, transitions, and visual effects
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and content teams to understand briefs and deliver creative output
- Ensure videos align with brand guidelines, tone, and marketing goals
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently
- Stay updated with current video, animation, and social media trends
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in motion graphics and video editing
- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects & Premiere Pro
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
- Good understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and transitions
- Experience creating videos for social media platforms
- Ability to take feedback positively and iterate quickly
Good to Have (Bonus Skills)
- Knowledge of 3D tools like Blender or Cinema 4D
- Experience with UI animations, explainer videos, or ad creatives
- Understanding of performance-driven video content for ads
- Sound design and basic color grading skills
