About the Role
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our team. Your primary focus will be to attract, engage, and onboard top talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
What You’ll Do
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full hiring cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
Talent Sourcing: Leverage job portals, social media, networking, and creative sourcing techniques to identify top candidates.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver the best-fit candidates.
Employer Branding: Create engaging job descriptions, recruitment campaigns, and social media content to attract the right talent.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless, positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
Data-Driven Approach: Maintain recruitment metrics and analyze hiring trends to optimize processes.
Who We’re Looking For
1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an agency setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A creative mindset to craft engaging recruitment strategies.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools is a plus.
